    Bonnie, I am just not sure. I have no idea what's been done to milk to make it lactose free. You could always try a batch and see what happens. It won't hurt you, but the taste or appearance may be awful.

    Just have 1 question ….. Does it taste like reg. milk or does it have the evaporated milk taste ?? Ive seen other vids on canning milk but your is by far the Whitest looking of them all . Others looked (and I would imagine taste) kinda like cream !!
