The "fake remedies" have been zeroed in on by the MSM as justification to crackdown (deplatform, demonetize, demonize) alternative media that offers a narrative not aligned with that of the guess WHO. Its only a minuscule fringe (flat earthers) that would ever think chugging bleach would cure the illness.

My friend in HK told me that first the medical masks ran out; then bleach, hand sanitizer, isopropyl alcohol, rubber gloves, hand soap, laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies got bought up; after that the water, food and over-the-counter medical supplies got cleaned out. So the takeaway is don't wait too long before you pick up basic supplies. After you have what you need, you can give the middle finger to the scammers, rip-offs and bullshit artists….

"Meanwhile, as mounting coronavirus hysteria drives more and more people to buy out their local CVS’s supply of surgical masks, the much smaller segment of the population that actually stands to benefit from these masks — that is, health professionals — are left increasingly vulnerable as supplies dwindle. As the New York Times reported, studies conducted during the 2003 SARS outbreak and during the annual flu season found that face masks actually are effective at protecting workers who have regular, direct contact with infected patients." https://www.insidehook.com/daily_brief/health-and-fitness/surgical-masks-dont-prevent-coronavirus
"We identified 6 clinical studies (3 RCTs, 1 cohort study and 2 case–control studies) and 23 surrogate exposure studies. In the meta-analysis of the clinical studies, we found no significant difference between N95 respirators and surgical masks in associated risk of (a) laboratory-confirmed respiratory infection.." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4868605/

this is the problem with mind gaming and creativity, it gets used to suck in the weak minded, as it always has, most people dont even realize how deeply mesmerized they are, social media cults vs mainstream media cults, ambulance chasers and viral marketing using emotional triggers

    Disposable paper masks are shite.
Get a level 3 (N100) particle respirator that asbestos workers use from the hardware store and a few spare filters.
You'll get a better seal on your face and they are much more durable AND reusable.

Wait, what? Cutting my hair works? I did that just last week so I guess I'm protected! WOOHOO!!! Actually, I've come across ads and posts on Face Book for all natural herbal treatments. Do they work? Maybe. If you ask the advertiser for a straight answer on what the treatment will do, can you get a straight answer? Nope. And all that for only $195 per person for a 2 week supply!

I just want to point this out. The problem of N95 surgical masks is that they are actually used in the opposite direction. They are designed to keep a surgeon from infecting the person who is being worked on. They are not for protecting the surgeon from breathing in bad things. On top of that, when you buy a proper face mask (a respirator mask) with a rubber seal around the whole thing, say for cleaning up moldy areas, the filter cartridges only last for a short time . Then they need to be changed out. And they are very expensive.
