nicely done … the peanuts as roasted for eating gave you a lighter color than those roasted darker for peanut butter but if you want the darker roast you have a fry pan and a fire and a little imagination

Food for thought….literally. In a grid down scenario it is a good source of protein. I think that bagged peanuts should stay ok for a long term storage. What do you think? Heart warming to see a couple getting along.

With no added preservatives I'm guessing with the raw honey added you wouldn't have to refrigerate to stop bacteria growth? I'm thinking that because our raw honey sits out without spoiling or molding.  ;>D

If you do I'd like to see the video. I was thinking along the same lines of how to make my own spreads incase anything happened that I couldn't get to the store or SHTF.

I saw this video a few days again and I forgot to tell you that you can get the most out of your mill by putting one or two slices of bread in the hopper after the peanuts are through it. I have one of the old fashioned ones that I make my own sandwich spread with. It works pretty well.

Pleasant Hill Grain has a good price on this mill. There is no shipping charge over $59. Also you can order it with the mesa accessory included for cheaper than buying seperate.
