Begs the question: is it better than nothing? At least at the nothing point you know “hey! I have nothing!”’And that’s an honest start. We’re now at the point where urban bozos can spend hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars and be prepared for nothing more than getting that top off the bottle 🤦🏼‍♂️

In regards to the flashlight taking AA batteries, I like this for all my gear when I can get it. Think about it. TV remotes, most basic small electronics, toys, looted out Walgreens stores, all will have AA batteries laying around in a SHTF scenario. Good luck finding spare CR123s laying around. Although, my tactical light on my rail might take fancy batteries, there's a difference between tactical gear and survival gear. That's just my opinion on batteries. ymmv

There are some handy items in the kit, but I believe any survival kit should be made for your area and circumstances. There should be some kind of small folding knife, and the leaking case was a let down. I carry a lot of the items in that kit already. Thanks for showing it.
